General RISK66 Enhancements
Password Expiration
To enhance account security, passwords are now set to expire on an annual basis. A pop-up message will notify a user when his or her password is soon to expire. Once notified, a user must change the password within one week to keep the account unlocked.
Loss Forecaster Enhancements
Back Does Not Validate
Clicking the browser back button while on a Loss Forecaster data entry screen will no longer cause the page to be checked for valid data. If changes have been made to a screen, a pop-up box will ask the user to confirm if the changes should be saved or discarded before returning to the previous screen. This will correct the issue of not being able to exit a screen due to error messages from fields that do not contain data.
Related Links and Videos
The "Related Videos" button, located on each Loss Forecaster data entry screen has been renamed to "Related Items". In addition to training videos, this feature will be used to provide links to FAQs and other useful resources associated with the current data entry screen.
Clear Dates Feature
A "Clear Dates" button has been added to the Loss Data Input screen within Loss Forecaster. This button will clear all dates if no date is selected (highlighted). Or, a user can clear only a portion of the dates by clicking on a date to select that row (period). With a date selected, clicking the "Clear Dates" button will clear the current row as well as all periods after the selected date.
Public Notes Field
A "Public Notes" field has been added to the "Analysis Setup Page" within Loss Forecaster. The existing notes field has been renamed "Internal Notes". Only data in the Public Notes field will be included on the Detailed Report. The Internal Notes field will not be included in any report.
LORAN Enhancements
LORAN Retention Levels Entry Screen and Report
The LORAN Report Options - Deductible Analysis screen has been improved to include custom, unique deductible levels. Also, checkboxes were added to include options for guaranteed cost and self-insurance.
LORAN Period Gap Fix
The LORAN "500" error caused by an imported loss run containing periods with no claim data has been fixed.
