What value do I enter for the incurred large loss on the "Excess of Limit Data Input" page?

On the excess of limit data input screen there is a link to an input area for individual losses in excess of the loss limit. You should enter the full loss amount in this area, and Loss Forecaster will remove the excess and limit the losses correctly.

For example, if the loss limit is $100,000 and there is an individual loss of $250,000, you should input $250,000. The software will then calculate the $150,000 excess of retention.
