How does Loss Forecaster define "threshold"?

Threshold is the amount below the per occurrence retention that a claim can be and still trend above the limit.

On Loss Forecaster's "Excess of Threshold Data Page" enter the full incurred amount.  The purpose of this page is to ensure no loss trends in excess of the loss limit.
